I'm not so mad at my Mom anymore. She took me to the Farmer's Market this weekend and we had a nice, lazy weekend together. Those are the best! I love that market, too. I got a little over-heated there this time, though, and Mom felt horrible about that. Worked well for me in the end because Mom felt so bad. That meant extra loving for me!
And for the record, the honkers (a.k.a. geese) are still flying over our parking lot all of the time. Mom said we're just lucky they haven't pooped on us.

Headin' to Market
Mom and I went to the farmer's market this morning. We hadn't gone there in like 12 years or something. (Well, maybe not quite that long, but it sure felt like a long time!)
The market is cool 'cause lots of people are there and everyone likes to pet the cute little doggies who come. I love that attention. There were lots of other doggies there today, though, and I'm not a big fan of that. Lots and lots of people, too, and I was afraid I was going to get smooshed. Mom let me check stuff out for a while and then when I got tuckered out she put me in my doggie bag. That was sort of cool 'cause I still got to see the market but didn't have to worry about people stepping on me.
It started to really, really rain, though, when we were at the market. Mom got really drenched. I was in my doggie bag, so only my head got wet. I thought that was pretty funny (the part about Mom getting wet and me not so much -- never really a fan of me getting wet).
Mom said maybe we'd go back to the market again soon. I hope so!

To Market, To Market
I feel really bad now for complaining about how boring Mom was. You know what she did today? She took me to the farmer's market!
I love going to the market because there are so many people there and there's so much stuff to sniff. I don't even know how many times today I heard, "Oh, what a cute doggie!" I know I'm cute, but it's always great to hear other people say that. I get lots and lots of extra petting there, too.
I got pretty tired, though, 'cause it was a lot of walking. And I had to be careful because there were a lot of people there. That's a lot of feet that I have to watch out for -- don't want to be stepped on!
But even with all of those feet, I still had a pretty cool day. I guess taking that bath last night was worth it since I got so much petting at the market!
